Fixes: #145
Per Chris Mullins (@cleemullins), we can remove instead of obsolete/deprecate payments in Java because it's still in Preview. ConnectorAPI.json still shows deprecation messages so it matches the ConnectorAPI.json files in other SDKs.
I don't know Java...let me know if I did something dumb.
