Description
Modify pom.xml to use parameters for resourceGroup and appName so the pom.xml file doesn't need to be edited to include these, they can instead be passed on the command line of maven.

Testing
All affected samples were deployed to Azure to verify that they were correct and would deploy with the new changes.
