Purpose

This pull request standardizes and updates the naming of the Log Analytics Workspace input and related variables across all deployment GitHub workflows, ensuring consistency and clarity. It also updates the default GPT model and deployment parameters in deploy.yml and fixes some parameter names for Azure environment variables.

Workflow input and variable renaming

• Renamed all occurrences of AZURE_ENV_LOG_ANALYTICS_WORKSPACE_ID to AZURE_ENV_EXISTING_LOG_ANALYTICS_WORKSPACE_RID in workflow inputs, outputs, and validation logic across deploy-linux.yml, deploy-windows.yml, deploy-orchestrator.yml, job-deploy-linux.yml, and job-deploy-windows.yml to clarify that this is an existing resource ID, not a new one. Azure deployment parameter updates

• In deploy.yml, updated the default GPT model parameters to use gpt-5.1 (from gpt-4o), set the model version to 2025-11-13, and increased the deployment capacity to 300. Also, renamed aiServiceLocation to azureAiServiceLocation for consistency.

• Renamed and standardized additional Azure environment variable names in job-deploy-linux.yml, such as AZURE_ENV_AI_DEPLOYMENTS_LOCATION to AZURE_ENV_AI_SERVICE_LOCATION and AZURE_ENV_CONTAINER_IMAGE_TAG to AZURE_ENV_IMAGETAG.

These changes improve the maintainability and clarity of our deployment workflows by ensuring consistent variable naming and up-to-date deployment parameters.
