Обновил линтеры ruff и black до актуальных версий.
После проверки линтерами, black изменил некоторые файлы(убрал, добавил пробелы), ruff выдавал ошибку RUF018, изменил код в модуле test_api_sqla_with_includes.py как того требует линтер.
Все тесты и проверка линтеров теперь проходят, как и до обновления.
