The world is run by those who show up - Robert B. Johnson

I'm Neil -- husband, father, coach, live (sports) streamer, programmer, serverless architect, leader, and recovering entrepreneur. My personal mission is to help software engineers find joy in their work by sharing knowledge and reducing friction.

• 🔭 I’m currently developing a technical and product strategy for taking a platform serving 1.5 billion unique visitors per month to the next level
• 🌱 I'm currently digging pretty deeply into artificial intelligence as applied to high-scale, personalized digital experiences
• 📚 I'm currently reading Strategy from the Outside In, Transformed: Moving to the Product Operating Model and An Elegant Puzzle: Systems of Engineering Management
• 💬 Ask me about high-scale digital-experience delivery, microfrontends, serverless applications, scaling teams and projects, removing friction for product engineering teams
