i noticed a throw in nodegit/lib/repo.js:30.

please don't do that. there is a callback, which is happy to get every error you get there.

    Indeed, I was just lecturing someone else about the same thing today. I'll mark this for the 0.0.3 release. If you would like to submit a pull request, I'd happily bring that in as well.
