Yeah, sorry about this. By the time the PR is created the v8 CL is not landed yet. Im going to rebase and pick the landed v8 commit with node-core-until again. Thanks for the kind remind.

Submitted #47956 to distinguish transferable/cloneable, and refactor JSTransferable to utilize the new V8 value serializer feature.
