Ports the node_api_create_object_with_properties cases that #73 left out: null prototype with mixed-type properties, the empty case, and a supplied prototype.
The API is experimental, so it builds as a separate test_object_create_with_properties addon gated on experimentalFeatures.createObjectWithProperties, mirroring the split used for test_general setPrototype.
Stacked on #73 - review that first.
