There has been a lot of crashes happening due to double free mostly in InternalPacketPool::ClearPool and ReliablityLayer::FreeThreadedMemory calls due to mishandling InternalPacket instances for allocation and deallocation of them.
This PR should fix this problem and provide a stable connection
