i did not realise we are on version 4 with this repository. as i already merged, i tagged the 3.2.0 version anyways. as well as 4.1.0 but everything except critical bug fixes should go into the 4.x branch, and you should upgrade guzzle to use version 4 of the client-integration-tests |

What's in this PR?
Allows the installation of guzzlehttp/psr7 v3 and avoids the need for @dev for nyholm/psr7.
Why?
To enable the upcoming Guzzle 8 release to run integration tests.
