Benchmarks For phpseclib Across Multiple PHP Versions

How performant phpseclib is depends on the PHP version you have installed, the extensions you have installed and on whether or not your CPU is a 32-bit or 64-bit CPU. Obviously it depends on the speed of your CPU, as well, but the purpose of this benchmarking tool is showcase how factors other than CPU speed affect phpseclib's performance.
