Physiopy’s aim is to improve the quality of physiological data collection and application in neuroimaging research through community discussion and open source tool development.
We are an international group of volunteers that have developed a suite of Python libraries to help researchers process physiological files, particularly when recorded alongside neuroimaging acquisitions. These libraries vary from formatting physiological files into a standard format, data quality control, peak detection analyses and preparing physiological data for fMRI denoising.
🌐 Check out our Website, which includes our Contributor Guide and Code of Conduct.
📝 Read our Community Practices, where you can find advice and recommendations for physiological data acquisition, preprocessing, and analysis.
🧑💻 We meet virtually, typically every third Thursday of the month. To join (and for other general enquiries about where to keep up to date with community updates and discussions) email physiopy.community@gmail.com.
Python3 library to format physiological files in BIDS. At the moment, it supports Acqknowledge and Labchart. BrainHack participants, check the issues with the BrainHack labels!
A set of BIDS compatible datasets with empty raw data files that can be used for writing lightweight software tests.
