New /learn/ guide targeting the GSC query 'ai transport layer for reliable multi-device conversational agents' (striking distance, pos 7.3). Covers the five transport requirements for agents that span phones, laptops, and background workers — persistent connectivity, stable addressing, NAT traversal, encryption, discovery — why HTTP/WebSockets/brokers/VPNs fall short in specific ways, and how to evaluate an overlay transport. Lives under /learn/ (intentionally unlisted until launch), added to the learn index, with contextual links in from why-ai-agents-need-network-stack and grpc-udp-transport.

Closing the conflicting branch after product review. The topic is useful, but this version overlaps the existing networking pillar, uses an overlong title and unsupported adoption count, and implies cross-device session/identity migration beyond current guarantees.
