Added the compare-and-set! function for atoms.
Added the IWatch#-with-watch and the IValidate#-with-validator methods.
Validator code was not commit-ready
Forgot to add a colon of all things :(

Added watches and compare-and-set! as requested in issue #424
Includes a protocol IWatch with method -with-watch.
I'm still writing the tests, so the changes are still provisional.
