This is the disadvantage of one of the things the OpenSSD scorecard wants - pinning commits. Does not work well together with Renovate :(

Though Renovate is correct here has there is a more recent version out v1.0.30
github/codeql-action#883
https://github.com/github/codeql-action/tags

So we could let Renoveta update these I think

Yes, then it should do that via the tags instead of for each commit as that does not provide any context in Renovate descriptions etc.
