This MR would like to update Pyodide to its latest version.
Warning - for some reason the built graph does not include 314.0.5 ... investigating why that's the case.
edit - filed issue in Pyodide repository, we should be aligned with them or we risk to mislead with important details for our related services around Pyodide packages: pyodide/pyodide#6430
