bpo-45502. Currently test_shell doesn't test with dbm.ndbm and dbm.gdbm (it runs instead repeatedly for dbm.dumb). After fixing it (python/cpython#29003) one of buildbots is crashed.

Other MacOS systems can run the test without problem. We need to investigate what happens on M1
