The explanation of cr_suspended should be added to Types and members #142992
Description
This issue is similar to #138966. In #30633 (Python 3.11), the cr_suspended attribute was added to coroutine objects (just as the gi_suspended attribute was added to generator objects in the same PR), and this was also reflected in python/typeshed#7900. However, it is missing from the "Types and members" section of the inspect module.

Lets consolidate these issues a bit. We don't need a separate PR for adding a .. versionchanged:: and adding docs, they can be done together.
