Replace assert() with _PyObject_ASSERT() in Objects/typeobject.c
to dump the faulty object on assertion failure to ease debugging.

to dump the faulty object on assertion failure to ease debugging.
Pass the type, not the object
Pass the type, not obj.

Add also 'type' variable to cleanup the code.
