Trivia:

  • Spell behaviour incorrectly ( 🇺🇸 )
  • Remove the note about large and frequent changes to What's New
  • Minor tweaks
  • Record me as an editor of What's New per Hugo's suggestion a while ago

Sorry, @AA-Turner and @Yhg1s, I could not cleanly backport this to 3.13 due to a conflict.
Please backport using cherry_picker on command line.

Backport almost certainly failing as the other 3.13 PRs aren't yet merged -- if it still fails after that I can do it manually.
