The documentation of the cursor option type only listed the X cursorfont.h names and referred to "page 179 of Ousterhout's book", with no pointer to the actual list of cursor names.
Link instead to the cursors(3tk) manual page for the full, up-to-date list, and note that the available names are platform-dependent (the portable Tk set vs. X11 vs. native Windows/macOS cursors).
Also add a cross-reference from the ttk standard cursor option to the Tk option data types section.
