Refer to RFC 3501, which obsoleted RFC 2060 in 2003. The two section references (6.4.6 for STORE, 7.4.2 for untagged FETCH responses) are unchanged between the RFCs.
Fix also the note about "]": RFC 3501 disallows "]" in flags (which are atoms), but allows it in tags, so the mentions of "tags" in the store() note and in the test comment were wrong.
