There is a known data race involving PyMem_SetAllocator(). Just skip tests using _testcapi.set_nomemory() is Python is built with the thread sanitizer. Mark test_io.test_memoryio test using _testcapi.set_nomemory() with @support.nomemtest.

For the specific case of the TSan CI, there is no need to backport this change. The CI runs python -m test --tsan which only runs a subset of the test suite. In Python 3.15, this subset doesn't call _testcapi.set_nomemory(). |
