FYI I have a long queue of 3.15 backports that should be merged when the 3.15 will be unblocked after 3.15.0 final release. Yeah, there are dependencies between changes, they should be merged in a specific order!

This change is minor, it can wait for 3.15.1 bugfix release.

The marshal fix has been merged in (Python 3.15.0 final).
