Add constants ctypes.LIBFFI_VERSION, ctypes.libffi_version, ctypes.LIBFFI_VERSION_INFO and ctypes.libffi_version_info, which provide information about the version of the libffi library in use. Tested with libffi 3.5.2 on Linux and with libffi 3.2.1 (no version API, so the constants are absent) on OpenIndiana.
