GH 22194. A union like `TextInput | ImageInput`, where TextInput is str and ImageInput is str | None, was rendered as "str | str | None" because the duplicate only appears once the aliases are resolved, which happens after the union is constructed. Duplicates are now dropped at format time, in a new strip_alias_duplicates() helper that expands the aliases and re-deduplicates them before the existing last-known-value normalization. The test in the PR used "from typing import TypeAlias", which is not available in the fixture, and called print(), which is not defined there; both are fixed to use typing_extensions and an empty body, matching how other tests in the suite express this.

Problem
Overlapping type aliases show duplicate union items:
Fix
Expand type aliases before deduplicating union items in ignore_last_known_values.
Verification
