* Enable test_module_add_type() in all cases. * Enable test_float_pack() on Python versions other than 3.11. * Enable test_vectorcall() in all cases. * In comments, drop "a1" (alpha) and "b2" (beta) suffixes. Write "Python 3.x" instead.
