Are SHA-256 often shown in the first X chars? Git's SHA-1s are often shortened.

If we showed less, we'd need to make sure the full thing is still shown with JavaScript disabled, and is also accessible.

One idea is to not show them in the table at all, but to put them in a single page/file: #1227 (comment). This could be generated by the Django downloads app.
