The FAQ still says "maybe, it's a very young project" and setup.py still ships Development Status :: 3 - Alpha. That's been stale for a long time given httpx/httpcore and uvicorn's h11 backend.

I left the rest of Nathaniel's FAQ wording alone and only updated the bits that are factually out of date, plus a line in the docs landing page. CI badge already pointed at GitHub Actions.

Closes #193

h11 has been the HTTP/1.1 engine under httpx and uvicorn for years.
Update the "Should I use it?" section and the PyPI development-status
classifier.
