Adds a short "Moving an already provisioned device to another network" section under Provisioning in the CLI docs.

Some older devices acknowledge wifi join while they are connected to a network but keep using their current one (#1359). They do switch reliably when they receive the same command in setup mode. The new section explains the two ways to get a device back into setup mode before following the existing provisioning steps:

  • the ~5 s button press, which keeps the device's settings, and
  • kasa --host <ip> device factory-reset, which needs no physical access but erases the name, schedules and cloud binding.

Docs-only change; no code touched.

Some older devices acknowledge 'wifi join' while connected but keep their
current network (python-kasa#1359). Document putting the device back into setup mode,
either with the button or remotely via 'device factory-reset', before
following the existing provisioning steps.
