Fixture for a Tapo P116M (India), hardware 1.0, firmware 1.4.4, dumped from my own plug with devtools.dump_devinfo on 0.11.0.1.
It has the same energy monitoring components as the P110M, so I added it next to P110M in PLUGS_SMART and WITH_EMETER_SMART, and regenerated README/SUPPORTED. It's been switching my homelab off every night through python-kasa (a countdown rule) since early October without trouble.
