Version bumps updated root Cargo.lock but left rust/Cargo.lock stale in the pure Rust template. Refresh the library lockfile through its manifest and stage both lockfiles before the version commit.
Verified patch, minor, and major bumps in temporary generated projects: both lockfiles update and are staged, with dependency versions unchanged. Confirmed the Rust/JS/WASM workspace still updates all local crates through its root lockfile.
