Summary
Follow up to #1858 for #1835. Freshly written docstrings for every deleted site: the DNSEntry class, the cache add and remove methods, the unregister and remove listener family across the sync and async APIs, get_name, the packets renderer, and two fresh section comments in const.py. The repr docstrings stay deleted per the terse docstring rule.
Verification: zero shared four word runs between the fresh text and the deleted text, and the fuzzy paraphrase audit reports no similarity between any new line and any pyzeroconf era line.
