Adds an MCP server under mcp/ exposed through Supergateway. The command tools now return self-contained HTML artifacts for think-with-me-about, make-the-right-html, pick-the-right-html, build-decision-tool, check-the-plan, check-the-diff, audit-html, and reenter-project. Validated with npm test, repo validators, and public MCP calls at https://html-explainer.ramonsandoval.com/mcp.
