• Fixed CHD conversion opening a console window on Windows
• Fixed the chdman auto-installer crashing on Arch/CachyOS
• Fixed the auto-installer using the wrong package name on Arch (now correctly uses mame-tools)
• Rejected Dreamcast CDI conversion (chdman doesn't support it, was silently producing broken CHDs). Added a clear warning
• Linux AppImage no longer requires libfuse2 to be installed
• Conversion now shows chdman's real progress percentage instead of a generic animation
