The --terminal-width section of the man page does not mention BAT_WIDTH, although the CLI help already documents it.
Add the environment variable, a width example, and the command-line override precedence to the man page. No runtime code changes.
Validation: checked BAT_WIDTH=20, --terminal-width=10 overriding it, and the documented BAT_WIDTH=100 example with the upstream Windows CI binary built from base commit 7323a75 (CICD run 33909779669). git diff --check passes. Rust tests and a local build were not run.
