Summary

This PR adds createStreamRingBuffer to @solid-primitives/stream:

  • Lock-Free SPSC Circular RingBuffer: Implements a Single-Producer Single-Consumer circular ringbuffer using SharedArrayBuffer and Atomics operations.
  • Zero-Allocation Telemetry & Stream Queuing: Eliminates garbage collection pressure when streaming high-frequency data chunks (audio frames, WebGL coordinates, sensor telemetry) across threads/workers.
  • Reactive Output: Exposes reactive data and available signal accessors with automatic frame-polling lifecycle management.

Changes

  • packages/stream/src/ringbuffer.ts: createStreamRingBuffer implementation.
  • packages/stream/src/index.ts: Re-export stream ringbuffer helpers.
  • packages/stream/test/ringbuffer.test.ts: Vitest test suite.
  • .changeset/stream-ringbuffer.md: Minor changeset.
