Sorry, something went wrong.
If bblfsh or gitbase were manually stopped, they should not be started after a restart, as done with other components. If bblfsh-web fails, or after a restart, it should be restarted. Signed-off-by: David Pordomingo <david.pordomingo.f@gmail.com>
