Summary of changes

This PR updates VitePress from 1.0.0-rc.24 to 1.0.1 following the release of VitePress 1.0 stable.

I also refactored the theme style overrides that we had accrued over time in .vitepress/theme/styles/fixes.scss, by:

1. Splitting them into different files like navbar.scss, sidebar.scss, content.scss, etc. (Which helps to prevent issues where we have a mix of styles for the same elements at line 125 of fixes.scss and then again at line 412 of fixes.scss, and both interact in strange ways.)
2. Removing duplicate style overrides, narrowing down some selectors that looked dangerously broad (like styles for .VPLink meant for the sidebar but also applying to the header), removing style overrides that looked outdated (vs the DOM produced by the default theme), and trying to fix visual issues I could find.

Some notes:

• Theme updates added extra padding at the top for the main content. I don't mind personally, but if that's an issue we can try bringing it down a bit.
• I added a bit of extra padding in the sidebar, to make our button-like style for active links look less cramped.
• I tried to make the sidebar style for sub-pages look better than we had before. See the SDK sidebar links. I’m keeping the left border for sub-pages (from the theme), but making that border disappear when one of the sub-pages is selected. I rather like the result.
