What

Refreshes both scaffold templates' dependencies, adds LangGraph / Vercel AI SDK framework overlays, and tidies their pnpm build allowlists.

Changes

  • Next 16.3, eslint-config-next 16.3.0, openai 6.49 and the current @openuidev packages. Self-hosted moves to lang-core 0.2.11 to match Cloud.
  • Pin zod to ^4.4.3 in the Cloud template so it matches what the framework overlays expect.
  • Framework overlays live under overlays/<framework>/ (not a public term — CLI still says backend framework).
  • Sort the three duplicated build allowlists identically (package.json pnpm, onlyBuiltDependencies, allowBuilds) and add esbuild, which the LangGraph CLI needs to build.
  • Ship package-lock.json in the four framework overlays and regenerate base-template lockfiles.
  • Cloud LangGraph / Vercel AI SDK: send all trailing tool results into the Cloud conversation.

Test Plan

  • Verified locally

Scaffolded both templates and confirmed the bumped versions land in the generated package.json. Full dependency installs were not run locally.

Parallel local tools produce multiple ToolMessages; slice(-1) dropped
siblings so the second model step got an incomplete function_call_output
set and returned no answer on the live stream.
