First Electron 37 rung release (all platforms unsigned):
- Linux: atom-amd64.deb + atom.x86_64.rpm
- macOS: atom-mac.zip (x64)
- Windows: AtomSetup-x64.exe + nupkg + RELEASES-x64
Welcome-screen rework (also in e36.3):
- telemetry consent prompt removed (telemetry off by default)
- 'We are sunsetting Atom' removed
- dynamic Release News pane that pulls the latest published release from GitHub (version, notes, per-platform download buttons)
