Should improve SLIR thumb creation for multi-site and virtual host setups.

Now, width="0" and height="0" are the default, which means width and height WILL NOT be output unless you specify either:

1) Actual values for one or both dimensions, which will scale the image/thumb to those sizes; or
2) Valueless width / height which will draw the relevant dimension from the stored (database) value.
