Could this update be refreshed to the current v1.0.209 and prioritized? The pinned v1.0.194 review workflow is now failing before completing reviews across both large and small PRs, while substantive CI remains green. Current affected examples include #24174, #23943, #23935, #23924, #23756, #23755, and #23754; recent unrelated branches are failing too. The logs commonly terminate with result is_error:true before or during the first tool turn, and repeated reruns over several days have not recovered. Since releases v1.0.202 through v1.0.209 include multiple Claude Code/Agent SDK bumps, landing the latest pinned SHA is the clearest repository-wide test and may unblock all of these PRs at once. |
