Add GitHub CI/CD delivery support for Studio.
Studio now supports configuring GitHub-backed delivery for AgentKit projects,
including repository sync, workflow generation, delivery version discovery, and
runtime publish/rollback actions from GitHub Actions.
This also adds backend GitHub CI/CD pipeline APIs, frontend delivery controls,
source-sync-only version handling, and BytePlus-aware workflow generation so
cloudProvider and region are propagated together instead of defaulting GitHub
Actions runtime delivery to Volcengine.
