Extract file into a csspp directory in your web root.
Your .htaccess file should look something like this:
RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} \.css$ RewriteRule ^(.+)$ /csspp/process.php?file=%{REQUEST_URI}&%{QUERY_STRING}
