Description

Adds a generic, per-board release-group packaging mechanism, plus Infineon-specific counterparts of build.yml/package_core.yml that don't touch the upstream-mirrored originals.

What's included

Release-group packaging — boards can opt in to a standalone release package (separate from the umbrella zephyr_contrib/zephyr_main artifact) by setting build.release_group= in boards.txt and providing a matching package/package_infineon__index.template.json:

get_board_details.sh — exposes release_group, feature_board, ci_native_samples in board metadata (additive, backward-compatible)
package_release_group.sh — extracts one release group's boards/variants/firmware from a full core archive into a standalone package
release_boards.yml — discovers eligible release groups and publishes a package + package-index JSON per group. Triggered manually (workflow_dispatch) or by pushing a semver tag; restricted to edge-main/control-main; reuses artifacts from the matching ifx_package_core.yml run instead of rebuilding
repackage_toolchain_windows.yml — one-off utility to repackage the Zephyr SDK's Windows .7z toolchain as .tar.xz and upload it as a release asset, since Arduino's board manager can't consume .7z
Infineon CI workflows — parallel to upstream's, not edits to them, so main→ifx-main syncs never conflict:

ifx_build.yml — same native-sample builds as build.yml, plus native-building each feature_board's own ci_native_samples; triggers on edge-main/control-main only
ifx_package_core.yml — same build/package/test pipeline as package_core.yml, retargeted to edge-main/control-main, with CORE_VER fixed to a step output, a simplified CI_BUILDS_URL fallback, and Arduino's S3/ci-builds publish jobs removed (this fork has no access to those secrets)

Testing

Verified against pre-branch-split-main's previously-working POC release (psoc-edge-main, tag 0.0.1) — package_release_group.sh and repackage_toolchain_windows.yml are unchanged from that proven implementation.
All new/modified YAML validated with yaml.safe_load; get_board_details.sh validated for syntax and JSON output correctness (including the feature_board/ci_native_samples fields used by ifx_build.yml).
