Summary

  • add a dedicated HTTP Compliance workflow for the multipart form-data receiver profile
  • add the subprocess adapter used to exercise python-multipart's public parser API
  • pin the runner revision and Rust toolchain

Known preamble and transport-padding behavior remains excluded.
