we should make sure to have these included in the release:

• re-invent a form of debug logging via JARS_DEBUG=true jar-dependencies#108
• Finalize mima logic jar-dependencies#107
• more refactoring + logging fix jar-dependencies#109

All the PRs that @kares pointed out have been merged and released in pre2, along with:

• Fix parsing when an artifact id is a Maven scope/type keyword jar-dependencies#110

A separate ping for @mkristian here... we are about to move forward with this.

Once jar-dependencies 0.6.0 is released we'll also update JRuby 10.1 dev builds and see if it impacts anyone. 🤞
