Sheldon is a serial entrepreneur. He started his first venture at the age of 16 and co-founded OnX Enterprise Solutions at the age of 21, which grew to become one of North Americas largest IT services companies with revenues of approximately $1 Billion. He went on to become Co-Founder and Chairman of OverActive Media Group, a global esports organization and the owner of The Toronto Defiant, Toronto Ultra, and The MAD Lions, which was ranked by Forbes Magazine as one of the worlds most valuable esports organizations. He founded his own charity in 2012, AbilityGives.org, and remains an active investor in both private and public markets. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board at illumin, Sheldon also serves on the Board of Directors for the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation.

A passionate innovator with a history of success, Tal founded an ad-tech company called IncentAclick in 2004 which was acquired by a public entity. He remained a key contributor for the next two years, helping to grow the companys revenue to over $100M in 2008. In 2009, Tal pivoted his experience building and managing high-growth companies to the world of digital advertising, and AcuityAds was born. Tal led Acuitys rebrand to illumin in 2023 before transitioning from CEO to non-executive Vice Chairman in 2024. Most recently, Tal agreed to return as CEO of illumin to manage day-to-day operations.

Paul is President of OnX Canada, and is driving the organizations growth, strategy, and development for enterprise infrastructure solutions, managed services, and digital services. He is leading OnX through a focused transformation from traditional IT offerings to client-focused services and solutions. Prior to his current role, Paul served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cloud and Managed Services for OnX. Before joining OnX, Paul served as Vice President of Bell Canada, and President of xwave. Mr. Khawaja held senior leadership positions in sales, operations, and business development at MITI Information Technology. He is also the Chairperson of the Board for Victim Services Toronto, Mr. Khawaja also sits on the Waterfront Toronto Human Resources, Governance and Stakeholder Relations Committee.

A finance and technology executive with over 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and sales and marketing.

Bruce Barker brings more than 30 years of experience in capital markets, having worked for both the buy-side and sell-side. After retiring as a Managing Director of Institutional Equities at TD Securities in 2015 Bruce has been an active investor in small and micro-cap companies in Canada. Bruce holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
