Strategists in Marvel Rivals fulfill the crucial role of support. These heroes excel at healing teammates and enhancing their combat performance. Some Strategists, such as Loki, even possess tactical abilities designed to deceive and distract enemies, adding a layer of disruption to their supportive toolkit.

A great entry-level Strategist is Rocket Raccoon. His Bombard Mode attack functions similarly to traditional shooter-style attacks, comparable to heroes like The Punisher. He can unleash devastating power with abilities like Culling Turret or his Ultimate Move, Final Judgment, which deal massive amounts of damage. Additionally, with abilities such as Vantage Connection and Warrior's Gaze, The Punisher gains a tactical edge, making it easier to pursue and eliminate his targets.

Duelists, especially more complex heroes like Spider-Man, can be challenging to master. They generally have lower health pools, making them vulnerable to heavy hits. As a result, Duelists are often best suited for experienced players who can make the most of their offensive power while avoiding risky engagements.
